2. Payment:
Payments are processed through our banking partner, BNP, known for its high-security standards.
Accepted payment methods include: CB, Visa, Mastercard, and bank transfer in France.
All transactions are final once payment is validated.

5. Service Execution

1. Services are considered executed as soon as the consultation begins or the case is taken on by a lawyer.
2. Response times for consultations and quotes vary depending on the complexity of the dispute and the availability of lawyers. No specific timeframe can be guaranteed.
3. The quote is free of charge and without obligation.

6. Refund Policy
In accordance with Article L221-28 of the Consumer Code, the client waives their right of withdrawal for services executed immediately after payment validation.
No refund is possible once the service has begun.
If the service has not started (e.g., due to unavailability or technical error), a full refund may be granted.

7. Mediation and Remedies
In case of a dispute, the client may contact the consumer mediator designated by the Company.
The mediator's contact details are available upon request.
If no amicable agreement is reached, the dispute will be submitted to the competent courts in France.

8. Pricing and Revisions
